By booking our auto detailing services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service if unforeseen circumstances arise.

2. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.

We take utmost care in detailing your vehicle; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.

Any damage caused by our negligence will be rectified to the best of our ability or compensated as deemed appropriate.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share personal or vehicle information with third parties without your consent.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or concerns should be addressed directly with us. We will work to resolve any issues amicably.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notification to you.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

If a cancellation is made within 3 days of the appointment, a fee of 7% of the service cost will be charged.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 3 days' notice without incurring a fee.

Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25.00

3. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or vehicle issues.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling options.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the conditions specified in the Cancellation Policy and may take up to 3-4 business days to process.
