458 Exotics Detailing Ceramic Coating Warranty Agreement
This Ceramic Coating Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by 458 Exotics Detailing (“Company”) to the original purchaser of the Ceramic Coating Warranty Plan (“Customer”). By enrolling in this plan and maintaining active monthly payments, Customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Term of Coverage
• The Warranty is valid for as long as Customer makes uninterrupted monthly payments of $15.00.
• Coverage begins upon enrollment and continues until cancellation or lapse in payment.
2. Covered Services
• This Warranty covers accidental damage to the ceramic coating originally applied by Company.
• In the event of a valid claim, Company will reapply the ceramic coating to the covered vehicle at no additional cost.
3. Claim Eligibility
• Customer must have paid a minimum of six (6) consecutive months before filing a claim.
• The plan must be active and current at the time of claim.
4. Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from intentional misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
• Physical damage to the vehicle’s paint, body panels, or glass.
• Environmental fallout, scratches, dents, or mechanical failures.
5. Cancellation
• Customer may cancel at any time by discontinuing monthly payments.
• No refunds will be issued for prior payments.
6. Non-Transferability
• This Warranty applies solely to the original vehicle coated and may not be transferred to another vehicle or owner.
7. Claim Process
To file a claim, Customer must:
1. Contact Company at (insert phone/email).
2. Provide proof of active plan status and payment history.
3. Present the covered vehicle for inspection and service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Company’s sole obligation under this Warranty is the reapplication of ceramic coating as described. Company shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
